1. Proactively manage P&L lines by monitoring yearly and monthly targets, conducting variance analysis, and providing regular reports to ensure budget adherence and timely identification of risks and opportunities.
2. Support key business initiatives, including the development and execution of network plans and other strategic initiatives, by collaborating with stakeholders to provide financial insights and recommendations.
3. Conduct comprehensive analysis of assigned P&L and balance sheet lines, including deep dives into transactional details to ensure accuracy and understanding of financial results.
4. Manage expense accruals and perform variance analysis against budgeted results, working closely with the accounting team to ensure a holistic financial approach.
5. Lead the ongoing development and enhancement of budgeting and financial forecasting tools to improve planning accuracy and efficiency.
6. Prepare regular and ad-hoc financial reports for local management and Head Office in Paris, delivering timely and actionable insights.
7. Support the Financial Controller and management team with ad-hoc analyses for current business activities and upcoming projects.

1. At least 9 years of finance experience, with a minimum of 3 years in an FP&A position.
2. Proven track record in partnering with internal stakeholders and strong communication skills.
3. Ability to adapt rules to fit needed insights and conclusions.

1. Strong analytical skills and knowledge of MS Office, SAP, and reporting systems.
2. Sound finance and accounting knowledge.
3. Ability to work in a time-sensitive, accurate, and fast-paced environment.
4. Initiative and ability to work independently under pressure.
5. Good English skills in both writing and speaking.

Minimum of 5 years in finance, preferably within the retail industry.
