1. Acquire technical and professional skills related to high-quality footwear production through an integrated training program with Politecnico Calzaturiero and LVMH partner Maisons.
2. Participate in theoretical and practical training within LVMH Maisons.
3. Develop expertise in high-quality footwear production, focusing on preparation, assembly, and packaging operations.

1. Italian citizenship, EU citizenship, or non-EU citizenship with a valid residence permit.
2. Residency or domicile in the Veneto region.
3. Aged between 18 and 29 years.
4. Not enrolled in any educational or training courses.
5. Unemployed or not currently employed.
6. Completion of compulsory schooling.
7. Participation in the Youth Guarantee program with a Service Agreement in Veneto.
