1. Initiate and refine the industrialization process for men's footwear structures at designated suppliers, proposing solutions to production challenges.
2. Collaborate with the modeling department during prototyping to anticipate industrial feasibility aspects, including technical constructions and material/component compatibility.
3. Coordinate with production teams to conduct trials and create sample series.
4. Define technical specifications and instructions with the quality department to ensure adherence to reference standards provided to suppliers.
5. Establish the technical-production process with manufacturers and finished product suppliers.

1. In-depth knowledge of the sneaker industry and high-tech content footwear.
2. Comprehensive understanding of footwear structures and manufacturing phases.
3. At least 10 years of experience in a similar role within the industry.
4. Diploma in modeling or equivalent qualification.
