1. Analyze required alterations following the guidelines set by the fitter using pins and markings.
2. Dismantle garments while meticulously noting technical details to ensure precision during reassembly.
3. Operate various sewing and finishing machines, maintaining them in optimal condition and reporting any malfunctions.
4. Reassemble garments, applying alterations to meet client specifications, and ensure a refined final appearance through careful pressing and inspection.
5. Collaborate closely with fitters to establish optimal delivery timelines and consult with clients to ensure satisfaction.
6. Maintain a clean and organized workspace to enhance efficiency and presentation.
7. Adhere to internal workshop procedures, including alteration forms and schedules.
8. Provide impeccable customer service by offering expert advice on alterations and addressing client inquiries.
9. Work in tandem with sales advisors to deliver a personalized fitting experience.
10. Ensure comprehensive follow-up on alterations until the client is fully satisfied.
11. Adapt to client characteristics to facilitate a smooth fitting process.

1. Technical knowledge of measurement taking, fabric characteristics, and alteration techniques.
2. Passion for fashion and luxury, with a strong understanding of products.

4. Fluency in English.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in fitting and alterations within the retail sector.
