1. Greet, serve, and advise customers, ensuring the highest standard of customer service at all times.
2. Develop customer loyalty by building relationships through a personalized shopping approach.
3. Demonstrate comprehensive product knowledge across all categories and stay informed about current advertising, marketing campaigns, new launches, and promotions.
4. Introduce add-on sales and achieve maximum sales potential in line with individual and departmental targets.
5. Effectively handle customer complaints by liaising with the line manager when necessary.
6. Maintain awareness of sales targets and boutique performance on a daily and weekly basis.
7. Adhere to all stock management procedures.
8. Support the team in maintaining the highest standards of housekeeping and display within the boutique.
9. Be conversant with selling systems, cash, credit, and exchange procedures.
10. Ensure the highest standards of housekeeping and retail standards within the store.
11. Take necessary actions to maximize security and prevent product theft.
12. Ensure the department operates in accordance with company administration systems and procedures to minimize losses.
13. Participate in team meetings and contribute positively.
14. Perform additional duties as directed by the management team.

1. Previous experience within luxury fashion.
2. An existing client book and the ability to build long-term relationships with clients.

1. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
2. Strong knowledge of fashion and trends.
3. Fluency in a second language (preferred).

Minimum of 5 years of experience in luxury fashion.
