1. Assist with daily stock inquiries, transfers, and sales follow-up.
2. Support the preparation of catalogues, selling tools, and boutique communications.
3. Compile weekly and monthly sales and ad-hoc reports; analyze sales data and competitor activities.
4. Collaborate with boutiques and cross-functional teams (Retail, VM, CRM, Events) to ensure smooth operations.
5. Provide support in the preparation and execution of exclusive Fine Jewellery & Timepiece events.
6. Contribute to training and client experience projects when relevant.

1. Graduate or prospective graduate in Business, Luxury Management, or related field.
2. Fluent in English and Korean (spoken and written).

1. Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
2. Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, SUMIF(S), COUNTIF, basic data visualization); proficiency in PowerPoint and Word.
3. Detail-oriented, eager to learn, and able to thrive in a fast-paced luxury retail environment.
