Christian Dior Financial Controller

- Conduct monthly financial closings for France and Monaco, ensuring accurate operational accounting and reporting using SyRUS.
- Analyze Profit & Loss statements by boutique, focusing on margins, operational costs, financial results, and taxes.
- Monitor all expenditure categories, including rent, capital expenditures, human resources, marketing, and operational expenses, to adhere to budgetary constraints.
- Collaborate with retail and headquarters teams to construct the P&L budget for France and Monaco.
- Develop balance sheet and cash flow budgets for France and Monaco.
- Prepare presentations for senior management.
- Conduct business reviews as requested by management.
- Report and analyze weekly sales revenue.
- Support boutique teams in performance tracking and expenditure management.
- Prepare investment studies (Capex).
- Degree from a business school or a master's in finance, audit, or management.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in audit or operational financial control.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Dynamic, curious, proactive, and autonomous.
- Proficiency in English.
- Familiarity with SAP is advantageous.
A minimum of 5 years in audit or operational financial control is required.
Degree from a business school or a master's in finance, audit, or management.
