Christian Dior Financial Controller

- Participate in the construction and analysis of consolidated data and produce reports for top management and the holding company.
- Develop strategic analyses for the direction, with a focus on market trends.
- Prepare presentations for the annual budget and strategic plan for the holding company.
- Oversee the consolidated margin, coordinating key projects and business unit margins.
- Manage monthly closure on internal margin elimination rates and monitor transfer prices by region.
- Serve as the central financial reference for a specific geographic area, analyzing financial data and key performance indicators monthly.
- Coordinate and analyze regional budgets, including key indicators, P&L, balance sheet, capex, and cash flow.
- Monitor the retail network and evaluate new opportunities for store openings and expansions.
- Control product business units, particularly women's leather goods and Baby, acting as a financial business partner to operational teams.
- Track monthly P&L with a focus on product margins and creation costs by collection.
- Optimize margins during buying sessions in collaboration with production and marketing teams.
- Support operational teams in budget preparation.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in audit, consulting, and/or financial controlling, ideally in retail or luxury sectors.
- Motivated and dynamic personality.
- Strong organizational skills and excellent interpersonal abilities.
- Exceptional analytical and synthesis skills.
- Expert proficiency in Excel.

Minimum of 5 years in relevant fields such as audit, consulting, or financial controlling, preferably within the retail or luxury sectors.
