1. Participate in the construction and analysis of consolidated data and produce reports for top management and the holding company.
2. Develop strategic analyses for the direction, with a focus on market trends.
3. Prepare presentations for the annual budget and strategic plan for the holding company.
4. Oversee the consolidated margin, coordinating key projects and business unit margins.
5. Manage monthly closure on internal margin elimination rates and monitor transfer prices by region.
6. Serve as the central financial reference for a specific geographic area, analyzing financial data and key performance indicators monthly.
7. Coordinate and analyze regional budgets, including key indicators, P&L, balance sheet, capex, and cash flow.
8. Monitor the retail network and evaluate new opportunities for store openings and expansions.
9. Control product business units, particularly women's leather goods and Baby, acting as a financial business partner to operational teams.
10. Track monthly P&L with a focus on product margins and creation costs by collection.
11. Optimize margins during buying sessions in collaboration with production and marketing teams.
12. Support operational teams in budget preparation.

1. 3 to 5 years of experience in audit, consulting, and/or financial controlling, ideally in retail or luxury sectors.
2. Motivated and dynamic personality.
3. Strong organizational skills and excellent interpersonal abilities.
4. Exceptional analytical and synthesis skills.

Minimum of 5 years in relevant fields such as audit, consulting, or financial controlling, preferably within the retail or luxury sectors.
