Christian Dior Financial Controller

- Analyze the performance of designated stores and markets, ensuring timely and accurate financial statements and reporting in accordance with IFRS and Group guidelines.
- Provide the Zone General Manager and CFO with detailed analytical commentary on key variances compared to budget and previous year figures.
- Collaborate with Retail Managers to develop sales forecasts, including budget and three-year plans, and conduct ad hoc reviews.
- Monitor marketing and communication investments, ensuring alignment with financial objectives.
- Investigate operational expenditure overspends and deviations from budget, offering recommendations for remediation and improvement.
- Conduct ad hoc analyses and prepare materials for business reviews.
- Lead key finance projects to drive strategic initiatives.
- Master's degree in Finance or Business Administration.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in controlling or finance within multinational and large-scale companies, with a preference for experience in the retail industry.
- Strong analytical skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Dynamic, agile, proactive, and a problem solver with a team-oriented mindset.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in French or Arabic is advantageous.
- Proficiency in ERP systems, SAP, and advanced Excel and Power BI usage.
A minimum of 7 years in controlling or finance roles within multinational and large-scale companies, ideally within the retail industry.
Master's degree in Finance or Business Administration.
