1. Analyze the performance of designated stores and markets, ensuring accurate financial statements and reports in compliance with IFRS and Group guidelines.
2. Provide the Zone General Manager and CFO with analytical insights on variances against budget and previous year figures.
3. Develop sales forecasts in collaboration with Retail Managers, including budget planning and three-year plans.
4. Monitor marketing and communication investments, ensuring alignment with financial objectives.
5. Investigate operational expenditure overspends and deviations from budget, offering recommendations for improvement.
6. Lead key finance projects and prepare for business reviews.

1. Master’s degree in Finance or Business Administration.
2. 7+ years of controlling or finance experience in multinational and large-scale companies.

1. Proficiency in financial analysis and reporting.
2. Strong understanding of IFRS and financial guidelines.
3. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
4. Effective communication and presentation abilities.
5. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

A minimum of 5 years in a financial controlling or similar role, preferably within the retail industry.

Master’s degree in Finance or Business Administration.
