Christian Dior Finance Project Assistant Intern

- Support the Finance Projects Director in overseeing the comprehensive transformation plan, including project tracking and monthly reporting.
- Actively participate in key projects during phases of preparation and design, analyzing current practices and developing target models.
- Conduct tests and validate created models or newly implemented processes, reviewing and validating accounting and controlling impacts.
- Analyze discrepancies in stocks and profit and loss statements.
- Coordinate and report on the testing phase in collaboration with project management teams.
- Facilitate an international Finance community through communication initiatives and sharing of best practices.
- Currently in the 2nd or 3rd year of a business or engineering school with a specialization in Finance, Strategy, or Project Management, or a university with a Finance specialization.
- A first internship in a consulting or audit firm is advantageous.
- Proficiency in English for international exposure.
- Advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint; knowledge of a Finance ERP (such as SAP) is beneficial.
- Strong analytical abilities and synthesis skills.
- Excellent organizational and prioritization capabilities.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills.
Entry-level position suitable for candidates with minimal professional experience, ideally with a previous internship in consulting or audit.
Currently enrolled in a business or engineering school or university with a focus on Finance, Strategy, or Project Management.
The internship offers exposure to project management methodologies, corporate finance skills, understanding of cross-functional business processes, change management in an international setting, and insights into the luxury sector (Retail & eCommerce).
