Christian Dior Finance Project Assistant Intern

- Assist the Director of Financial Projects in overseeing the global transformation plan, including project tracking and monthly reporting.
- Participate in key project phases such as preparation, design, and testing of new financial models and processes.
- Conduct analysis of current practices and develop target models, including new merchandise flows and integration of local accounting and tax specifics.
- Review and validate accounting impacts and controlling processes.
- Perform variance analysis on stocks and profit and loss statements.
- Coordinate and report on test phases in collaboration with project directors.
- Facilitate an international finance community through communication initiatives and sharing best practices.
- Currently in the 2nd or 3rd year of a business or engineering school with a specialization in Finance, Strategy, or Project Management, or at a university with a Finance specialization.
- Proficiency in English is essential due to international exposure.
- Strong command of Excel and PowerPoint; knowledge of a financial ERP such as SAP is advantageous.
- Excellent analytical skills and ability to synthesize information.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks.
- Effective interpersonal skills.

Entry-level, ideally with a previous internship in a consulting or audit firm.
