1. Assist with the preparation of journal entries and reconciliations.
2. Learn and assist with month-end and year-end closing processes.
3. Maintain accurate financial records.
4. Assist with vendor creation, invoice processing, and payments.
5. Reconcile vendor statements in collaboration with the Accounts Payable team.
6. Provide general administrative support to the Finance team.
7. Assist with ad-hoc finance projects.
8. Gain exposure to various aspects of a fully functioning local finance team.

1. Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field at an Australian or New Zealand university.
2. Strong academic record.
3. Basic understanding of accounting principles.

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
2. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
5. High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
6. Strong willingness to learn.

Beginner level experience in finance, suitable for university students.

Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
