1. Assist in reviewing the completeness of manual books, including sales invoices and purchase requisitions, before transmittal to outsourced accounting.
2. Support the follow-up and verification of document completeness for BIR audit purposes.
3. Monitor and follow up on vendor invoices to ensure timely payments and accruals.
4. Verify the accuracy and completeness of claims and request documents in accordance with company procedures.
5. Manage all expenses related to payment summaries, including intercompany payments, country manager's trip expenses, rental payments, and vendor payments not claimed by boutiques or specific departments.
6. Receive updates on pending payments and issues from the accounting agency and finance, and coordinate with relevant personnel to revise payment requests and contact vendors for additional required documents.
7. Manage and organize documents.

1. Currently pursuing a degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
2. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

No prior experience required, though familiarity with finance or accounting principles is advantageous.

Currently pursuing a degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
