1. Assist in the review of completeness of manual books, including Sales Invoices and Purchase Requests, before transmittal to outsourced accounting.
2. Support the follow-up and verification of document completeness for Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR) audit purposes.
3. Monitor and follow-up on vendor invoices to ensure timely payment and accruals.
4. Verify the correctness and completeness of claims and request documents in accordance with company procedures.
5. Prepare payment summaries for expenses related to Intercompany payments, Country Manager's trip expenses, rental payments, and vendor payments not claimed by boutiques or specific departments.
6. Receive and manage wrap-ups for pending payments and issues from the Accounting agency and Finance, and coordinate with relevant parties to revise payment requests and contact vendors for additional documentation as needed.
7. Manage and organize financial documents.
