1. Assist in reviewing the completeness of manual books, including Sales Invoices and PRs, before transmittal to outsourced accounting.
2. Support the follow-up and verification of document completeness for BIR audit purposes.
3. Monitor and follow up on vendor invoices to ensure timely payment and accruals.
4. Verify the correctness and completeness of claims and request documents in accordance with company procedures.
5. Handle all expenses related to payment summaries, including Interco payments, country manager's trip expense reports, rental payments, and payments for vendors not claimed by boutiques or specific departments.
6. Receive and address pending payment issues from the Accounting agency and Finance, ensuring necessary revisions and additional document submissions by vendors.
7. Manage documentation effectively.
