1. Assist in reviewing the completeness of manual books, including Sales Invoices and Purchase Requests, before transmittal to outsourced accounting.
2. Support the follow-up and verification of document completeness for BIR audit purposes.
3. Monitor and follow up on vendor invoices to ensure timely payment and accruals.
4. Verify the correctness and completeness of claims and request documents according to company procedures.
5. Handle expense-related payment summaries, including intercompany payments, country manager's trip expenses, rental payments, and vendor payments not claimed by boutiques or specific departments.
6. Receive and manage pending payment issues from the Accounting agency and Finance, forwarding them to the responsible person for revision and contacting vendors for additional required documents.
7. Manage and organize documents.
