1. Assist in reviewing the completeness of manual books, including sales invoices and purchase requisitions, before transmittal to outsourced accounting.
2. Support the follow-up and verification of document completeness for BIR audit purposes.
3. Monitor and follow up on vendor invoices to ensure timely payments and accruals.
4. Verify the correctness and completeness of claims and request documents in accordance with company procedures.
5. Prepare payment summaries for various expenses, including intercompany payments, trip expense reports, rental payments, and vendor payments not incurred by boutiques or specific departments.
6. Coordinate with the accounting agency and finance team to resolve pending payment issues, revising payment requests and liaising with vendors to submit additional required documents.
7. Manage and organize financial documents.
