1. Assist in monitoring and directing inbound and outbound logistics operations, including transportation and warehouse activities.
2. Track quality, quantity, stock levels, delivery times, transport costs, and efficiency.
3. Manage day-to-day stock operations, including inbound/outbound processes, stock movements, and events such as trunk shows and sales.
4. Liaise with head office, international branches, warehouses, and retail stores to ensure seamless logistics operations.
5. Ensure effective logistics procedures by managing vendor relationships to support retail and head office needs.
6. Organize and assist in Family Sales events.
7. Review and ensure completeness of manual books, such as Sales Invoices and Purchase Requests, before submission to outsourced accounting.
8. Follow up on and verify documents for audit purposes.
9. Monitor and ensure timely payment and accruals of vendor invoices.
10. Process payment-related documents, including Intercompany payments, expense reports, and vendor payments.
11. Manage document organization and communication with accounting and finance departments.

1. Beginner-level experience in finance or logistics.
2. Familiarity with logistics operations and financial documentation.
