1. Collaborate with retail leaders to customize development actions for each team.
2. Enhance the learning culture in retail boutiques through training programs and field coaching.
3. Conduct induction seminars, collection and craftsmanship training sessions, and the Art of Selling program.
4. Roll out training programs to improve image, service standards, selling techniques, and clienteling.
5. Partner with internal teams, such as Merchandising, Client Development, and Marketing, for training during product launches or special events.
6. Organize and conduct company induction programs.
7. Evaluate training effectiveness to ensure objectives are met and skills are utilized.
8. Provide qualitative feedback and develop action plans tailored to individual team members.
9. Collaborate with external vendors to facilitate trainings when necessary.

1. Bachelor’s degree in Training & Development, Retail Management, or a related field.
2. Additional certifications in training or coaching are advantageous.

1. Strong facilitation and coaching skills to engage and inspire retail teams.
2. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
3. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in retail training or field coaching, preferably within luxury retail or fashion houses.

Bachelor’s degree in Training & Development, Retail Management, or a related field.
