1. Conduct regular inspections and preventative maintenance of building systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and lighting.
2. Oversee housekeeping contracts and ensure compliance with company standards.
3. Manage Common Area Maintenance (CAM) responsibilities.
4. Coordinate in-house setup and breakdown for events in collaboration with corporate teams.
5. Maintain and repair spa facilities, ensuring optimal performance and hygiene standards.
6. Oversee indoor landscaping, ensuring plant health and aesthetic appeal.
7. Respond promptly to maintenance requests from staff and customers.
8. Collaborate with vendors and contractors for specialized repairs and services.
9. Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules.
10. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, inspections, and repairs.
11. Ensure compliance with local building codes, safety regulations, and company policies.
12. Assist in budget management for maintenance and repair operations.

1. At least 5 years of experience in building engineering or facilities maintenance, preferably in a luxury retail or hospitality environment.
2. High School Diploma or equivalent; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in engineering, facilities management, or a related field preferred.
3. Availability for on-call emergencies and weekend shifts as needed.

1. Proficiency in HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, and general building maintenance.
2. Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
4. Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
5. Familiarity with building management systems (BMS) and energy management systems.
6. Knowledge of landscaping maintenance and care.

Minimum 5 years of experience in building engineering or facilities maintenance, preferably within a luxury retail or hospitality context.

High School Diploma or equivalent; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in engineering, facilities management, or related field preferred.

Annual salary range of $110,000-$115,000, plus bonus eligibility.
