Christian Dior Facilities Manager

- Conduct regular inspections and preventative maintenance of building systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, elevators, and lighting.
- Oversee housekeeping contracts and common area maintenance (CAM) responsibilities.
- Coordinate in-house event setups and breakdowns in collaboration with corporate teams.
- Manage indoor landscaping to ensure plant health and aesthetic appeal.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests from staff and customers.
- Collaborate with vendors and contractors for specialized repairs and services.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, inspections, and repairs.
- Ensure compliance with local building codes, safety regulations, and company policies.
- Assist in budget management for maintenance and repair operations.
- At least 5 years of experience in building engineering or facilities maintenance, preferably in a luxury retail or hospitality environment.
- High School Diploma or equivalent; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in engineering, facilities management, or a related field preferred.
- Must be available for on-call emergencies and weekend shifts as needed.
- Proficiency in HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, and general building maintenance.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Familiarity with building management systems (BMS) and energy management systems.
- Knowledge of landscaping maintenance and care.
Minimum 5 years
High School Diploma or equivalent; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
$110,000-$120,000 annually, plus bonus eligibility.
