1. Conduct regular inspections and preventative maintenance of building systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, elevators, alterations equipment, audio/video, and lighting.
2. Oversee the housekeeping contract and ensure cleanliness standards are met.
3. Manage Common Area Maintenance (CAM) responsibilities.
4. Coordinate in-house setup and breakdown for events in collaboration with corporate teams.
5. Supervise indoor landscaping, ensuring plant health and aesthetic appeal.
6. Respond promptly to maintenance requests from staff and customers.
7. Collaborate with vendors and contractors for specialized repairs and services.
8. Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules.
9. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, inspections, and repairs.
10. Ensure compliance with local building codes, safety regulations, and company policies.
11. Assist in budget management for maintenance and repair operations.

1. At least 5 years of experience in building engineering or facilities maintenance, preferably in a luxury retail or hospitality environment.
2. High School Diploma or equivalent; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in engineering, facilities management, or a related field preferred.
3. Full-time position, 40 hours per week, with potential for overtime.
4. Availability for on-call emergencies and weekend shifts as needed.

1. Proficiency in HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, and general building maintenance.
2. Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
5. Familiarity with building management systems (BMS) and energy management systems.
6. Knowledge of landscaping maintenance and care.

Minimum 5 years of experience in building engineering or facilities maintenance, preferably in a luxury retail or hospitality environment.

High School Diploma or equivalent; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in engineering, facilities management, or a related field preferred.

The selected candidate will be offered a salary within the range of $110,000-$120,000 annually, plus bonus eligibility. The salary offered will be dependent upon the candidate’s relevant skills and experience.
