Christian Dior Facilities Coordinator

- Act as the primary contact for all maintenance requests, ensuring efficient tracking, prioritization, and resolution to maintain a luxurious environment.
- Coordinate with external vendors and contractors for preventive and corrective maintenance, ensuring alignment with the boutique's high standards.
- Collaborate with the Facilities Manager to oversee critical systems such as HVAC, plumbing, lighting, and electrical to ensure optimal performance.
- Conduct regular inspections of the sales floor, back-of-house, and spa areas to identify and address maintenance needs.
- Ensure swift resolution of facilities issues to minimize disruption and uphold an exceptional client experience.
- Support event setup and operational readiness during peak retail periods.
- Liaise with service providers, including cleaning and landscaping, to ensure consistent service excellence.
- Enforce adherence to Dior's policies, safety standards, and service level agreements among vendors.
- Track service schedules and assist in processing vendor invoices for efficient budget management.
- Maintain comprehensive records of work orders, inspections, warranties, and service reports.
- Manage the preventive maintenance calendar to ensure timely follow-up and minimize disruptions.
- Maintain optimal inventory levels of essential supplies and manage replenishment orders.
- Support compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards.
- Assist in tracking Certificates of Insurance and regulatory documentation for contractors.
- 2-3 years of experience in facilities coordination, property management, or hospitality operations, preferably in luxury retail.
- High School Diploma required; Associate’s degree in Facilities, Hospitality, or Business Administration preferred.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with excellent attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CMMS.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to adapt quickly and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent coordination and follow-up skills.
- Strong administrative and record-keeping ability.
- Customer service-oriented mindset with sensitivity to luxury retail standards.
- Basic knowledge of building systems is a plus.
Minimum 3 years
High School Diploma required; Associate’s degree preferred.
$70,000-$75,000 annually, plus bonus eligibility.
