1. Monitor external upper manufacturing facilities to ensure reliability and production capacity.
2. Supervise activities at external facilities, ensuring adherence to delivery timelines, quality standards, and technical specifications.
3. Define and implement quality control procedures at external manufacturing sites, continuously monitoring production.
4. Identify and resolve quality issues, proposing corrective and preventive actions.
5. Ensure compliance of uppers with technical specifications and company quality standards.
6. Collaborate with the Technical Office in defining technical specifications for uppers.
7. Conduct regular visits to external manufacturing facilities.

1. Proven experience (at least 5 years) in a managerial role within external upper manufacturing, particularly in the elegant women's footwear sector.
2. In-depth knowledge of upper production techniques for footwear.
3. Ability to manage and coordinate a team effectively.
