6. Collaborate with the Technical Office in defining technical specifications for uppers.
7. Conduct regular visits to external manufacturing facilities.

1. Proven experience (at least 5 years) in a managerial role within external upper manufacturing, particularly in the elegant women's footwear sector.
2. In-depth knowledge of upper production techniques for footwear.
3. Ability to manage and coordinate a team effectively.
