1. Process export customs documentation and declaration requests.
2. Validate import invoices.
3. Manage billing processes.
4. Integrate orders into the commercial management information system.
5. Perform automatic restocking based on sales using Excel.
6. Coordinate order preparation with logistics for shipment.
7. Organize and archive invoices and credit notes.

1. Pursuing a Master's degree in Applied Foreign Languages or a business school with a focus on international trade or equivalent.

1. Strong knowledge of import and export customs regulations in an international context.
2. Proficiency in office tools: Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
3. Technical knowledge of an ERP system is an advantage.
4. Fluent in English, both written and spoken, for communication across different regions and with various ADV partners.
5. Excellent organizational skills, autonomy, and interpersonal skills.

No prior experience required; suitable for beginners.
