4. Manage inventory and supplier relations to ensure efficient stock levels and cost control.
5. Uphold the highest standards of kitchen hygiene and sanitation.

7. Conduct training sessions to ensure team proficiency in product and equipment usage according to Dior standards.

1. Minimum of 15 years of relevant experience in high-end French pastry.
2. Proven experience in menu creation, production management, and cost control.
3. Artistic sensibility in pastry, cuisine, and lifestyle.
