1. Manage the complex and dynamic schedule of the Visual Merchandising Director.
2. Coordinate travel arrangements, primarily international, for the Director.
3. Handle the Director's expense reports and financial documentation.
4. Oversee invoice management and follow-up processes.
5. Facilitate package shipment and reception logistics.
6. Prepare and organize meeting rooms for various engagements.
7. Act as a liaison between the Director, internal teams, and external service providers.
8. Organize and manage events such as team-building activities and seasonal celebrations.
9. Ensure efficient office management and administrative support.

1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.

1. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
2. Exceptional communication skills.
3. Strong time management capabilities.
4. Meticulous attention to detail.
5. Fluency in English and French; proficiency in Italian is advantageous.

A minimum of three years of experience in a comparable executive support role is required, preferably within an international context.
