1. Manage the executive's schedule and travel arrangements.
2. Organize meetings, including sending invitations, preparing materials, and drafting minutes.
3. Provide reception duties for visitors and handle phone inquiries.
4. Monitor and manage correspondence, including emails and letters.
5. Prepare and format documents such as reports, presentations, and tracking spreadsheets.
6. Perform administrative tasks including filing, archiving, and data processing.
7. Participate in cross-functional projects or internal events.

1. Pursuing a Master's degree in Business Administration or a related field.

1. Exceptional organizational and prioritization abilities.
2. Strong writing skills.
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
4. Effective verbal and written communication skills.
5. Ability to work independently with attention to detail.
6. Proficiency in English is advantageous.

No prior professional experience required.

Currently enrolled in a Master's program in a relevant field.
