1. Support the Events Team in planning, organizing, and executing events, including assistance with event briefs, evite briefs, and timelines.
2. Assist with the management of event calendars.
3. Support post-event recaps, data collection, and list uploads.
4. Conduct research for upcoming events.
5. Aid in on-site event execution and pre-event preparation.
6. Assist with charity initiatives, including purchasing tickets and liaising with boutiques.
7. Provide administrative support for invoice processing, budget updates, scheduling, and calendar management.

1. At least 6 months of prior experience in a related field.
2. Availability to work full-time from July 2026 through July 2027, Monday to Friday, 9 am to 6 pm, with remote work on Fridays.

Beginner level experience with at least 6 months in a related field.
