1. Support the Events Team in planning, organizing, and executing events, including assistance with event briefs, evite briefs, and event timelines.
2. Assist in managing event calendars.
3. Support post-event recaps, data collection, and list uploads.
4. Conduct research for upcoming events.
5. Provide on-site event execution and pre-event preparation support.
6. Assist with charity initiatives, including purchasing tickets and tables, and liaising with boutiques to confirm charity initiatives and provide required information for attendees.
7. Provide administrative support for invoice processing, budget updates, scheduling, and calendar updates.

1. At least 6 months of prior experience in a related field.

1. Ability to prioritize and multi-task in a complex work environment.
2. Initiative and ability to work independently.
3. Proficiency in managing multiple projects and work assignments.
4. Capacity to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion and professionalism with sensitive information.
5. Effective communication skills, delivering information clearly and concisely.
6. Time-sensitive, accurate, and highly dependable.
7. Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Microsoft Word, and Adobe Pro.

Beginner level experience with at least 6 months in a related field.

The appointed candidate will be offered a salary of $20 per hour, plus potential eligibility to participate in the company's medical benefits plan, commuter benefits, and 401k plans with employer contributions.
