1. Supervise, develop, and produce institutional events for Christian Dior Couture.
2. Ensure flawless execution and brand image of events related to store openings and local celebrations.
3. Create and maintain an annual event calendar in collaboration with client teams, retail marketing, and press.
4. Manage event timelines and orchestration across regions.
5. Develop event concepts and oversee the production of event-related materials.
6. Coordinate with various service providers such as production agencies, caterers, and florists.
7. Oversee logistics and manage contracts, budgets, and invoicing.
8. Draft event concept guidelines and support regional projects.
9. Ensure image validation for tables, food and beverage, and animations.

1. Significant experience in event management, either in an agency or in-house.
2. Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, creativity, and proactivity.
3. Fluency in spoken and written English.
4. Expert proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
5. Willingness to travel internationally frequently.
