1. Assist in the coordination and organization of local and international events, including dinners, soirées, and cocktails, to enhance Dior's brand image and client portfolio.
2. Conduct supplier research for events and manage trend and visual research.
3. Oversee production elements such as decor and event-specific materials.
4. Coordinate graphic materials including invitations and menus.
5. Provide logistical support, including shipping materials internationally and managing event decor stock.
6. Attend events to assist with setup and execution.
7. Organize travel arrangements, including bookings and visa formalities.
8. Support the billing process and follow-up.

1. Previous experience in event management is preferred.
2. Strong interest in lifestyle and hospitality.
3. Attention to detail and organizational skills.

1. Fluency in French and English.
2. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
3. Dynamic, rigorous, stress management, teamwork, adaptability, and curiosity.
