1. Support the Event Project Manager in organizing local and international events, including dinners, soirées, and cocktails.
2. Conduct supplier research for events.
3. Perform trend and visual research to inform event design.
4. Oversee production elements, including decor and event-specific materials.
5. Coordinate graphic materials such as invitations and menus.
6. Assist with logistical tasks, including material shipments and decor stock management.
7. Provide on-site support during event setup.
8. Organize travel arrangements, including reservations and visa applications.
9. Assist with invoicing processes and follow-up.

1. Previous experience in event management is preferred.
2. Strong interest in lifestyle and hospitality.
3. Attention to detail and organizational skills.
4. Fluency in French and English.
