1. Coordinate and execute all retail events across the Americas, including concept ideation, logistics planning, on-site execution, and post-event reporting.
2. Lead vendor sourcing and relationship management, ensuring all partners meet brand guidelines and deliver high-quality service.
3. Support the implementation of the Retail Event Strategy, streamlining reporting systems, and providing tools to drive client acquisition and retention.
4. Manage the annual budget for retail events, including expense tracking, invoice processing, and vendor negotiations.
5. Partner with Paris Headquarters to deliver detailed event briefings and reports, ensuring global consistency in event execution.
6. Assist the Events team with administrative tasks such as updating internal calendars, reporting systems, and vendor lists.

1. Bachelor’s Degree required
2. 3-5 years’ experience in events, project management, marketing, or client development
3. Experience within a luxury fashion brand is a plus
4. Experience in event production is advantageous
5. Retail experience at a luxury fashion brand is beneficial

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
2. Adaptability to changing business demands
3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
4. Excellent planning and organizational skills
5. Ability to make independent decisions
6. Team-oriented and respectful of colleagues

A minimum of 3 years of experience in events, project management, marketing, or client development, preferably within the luxury fashion sector.

Bachelor’s Degree required

Salary range of $70k-$75k annually, with potential eligibility for medical benefits, commuter benefits, and 401k plans with employer contributions.
