Christian Dior Event Coordinator

- Coordinate and execute all retail events across the Americas, including concept ideation, logistics planning, on-site execution, and post-event reporting.
- Lead vendor sourcing and relationship management, ensuring all partners meet brand guidelines and deliver high-quality service.
- Support the implementation of the Retail Event Strategy, streamlining reporting systems, and providing tools to drive client acquisition and retention.
- Manage the annual budget for retail events, including expense tracking, invoice processing, and vendor negotiations.
- Partner with Paris Headquarters to deliver detailed event briefings and reports, ensuring global consistency in event execution.
- Assist the Events team with administrative tasks such as updating internal calendars, reporting systems, and vendor lists.
- Bachelor’s Degree required
- 3-5 years’ experience in events, project management, marketing, or client development
- Experience within a luxury fashion brand is a plus
- Experience in event production is advantageous
- Retail experience at a luxury fashion brand is beneficial
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
- Adaptability to changing business demands
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent planning and organizational skills
- Ability to make independent decisions
- Team-oriented and respectful of colleagues
A minimum of 3 years of experience in events, project management, marketing, or client development, preferably within the luxury fashion sector.
Bachelor’s Degree required
Salary range of $70k-$75k annually, with potential eligibility for medical benefits, commuter benefits, and 401k plans with employer contributions.
