1. Assist in the planning and execution of fashion shows in Paris and international locations.
2. Serve as the primary point of contact for production agencies, collaborators, and casting directors.
3. Coordinate travel arrangements and logistics for international events.
4. Manage backstage operations to ensure seamless execution.
5. Facilitate communication between different departments and team members.
6. Handle last-minute changes and emergencies with efficiency and composure.
7. Maintain a clean and organized backstage environment.
8. Collaborate with the event management team to ensure seamless execution.
9. Assist in post-event breakdown and inventory management.
10. Contribute to other events such as press days and trunk shows.

1. Previous experience in event planning or the fashion industry is preferred but not required.
2. Fluency in English and French.

4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure.
5. Flexibility to travel internationally and work irregular hours, including weekends.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a related field.
