Christian Dior Event and CSR Project Assistant Intern

- Support the Project Manager in gender equity initiatives, ensuring smooth execution and development of existing and new programs.
- Oversee the recruitment campaign for Women@Dior mentees, coordinating with UNESCO, regional Dior offices, and partner schools.
- Serve as the primary contact for mentees and mentors regarding program inquiries.
- Contribute to program content development through new activities and partnerships.
- Assist in organizing Women@Dior community events, including the annual UNESCO x Women@Dior conference.
- Coordinate with event agencies and suppliers for the UNESCO x Women@Dior Global Conference, ensuring adherence to timelines.
- Manage invitation lists and RSVPs in collaboration with the event agency.
- Coordinate travel and accommodation arrangements with the travel agency.
- Facilitate communication among internal teams involved in events, such as Press, Visual Merchandising, and Logistics.
- Support Dior's participation in the Young Leaders jury and organize the annual business trip for program laureates.
- Contribute to other CSR initiatives as needed.
- First experience in organizing medium to large-scale events.
- Familiarity with coordinating multiple suppliers and partners.
- Experience in implementing impact programs or philanthropy is a plus.
- Demonstrated interest in gender equality and women's empowerment.
- Excellent organizational and analytical skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
- Comfortable in a dynamic, international work environment.
- Strong team collaboration and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Fluent in English.
