1. Coordinate the EMEA client treatment calendar across seven zones.
2. Collaborate with marketing managers to plan and execute client treatment initiatives.
3. Facilitate intra-zone and inter-zone client connections for diverse treatments within EMEA.
4. Support the execution of dinners and treatments for the brand's image events.
5. Develop and manage event budgets, ensuring timely payment to suppliers.
6. Assist in the operational aspects of UberLuxury events.
7. Monitor client schedules and programs during fashion shows.
8. Target client segments for fashion shows, adhering to staff directives.
9. Create a local experience book for central team sharing.
10. Benchmark client event activations and collaborations of key competitors.
11. Assess sub-zone client action needs and market visibility.
12. Implement new initiatives in the EMEA region to recruit high-potential clients.

1. Student at a business school
2. Previous experience in event management is advantageous
3. Interest in the luxury sector
