1. Coordinate the selection of clients, programs, and accommodations for international and regional projects such as high-end events (high jewelry/Uber Luxury).
2. Collaborate with market client development teams to identify and invite top clients to exceptional experiences, enhancing their loyalty to the brand.
3. Assist the Europe Private Client Manager in data collection and analysis for tracking client KPIs to support various markets.
4. Improve client segmentation and targeting for initiatives aimed at attracting high-potential new clients.
5. Establish partnerships across all countries in the region to develop a new clientele.
6. Coordinate the organization of virtual gateways for clients traveling in our markets, structuring activities and developing new effective collaboration tools (Concierge services).
7. Animate the Elite Clients community within the region.
8. Supervise order tracking for Uber Luxury events and client previews (showrooms post-fashion shows).

1. Minimum of two years of experience in client development, CRM, and clienteling within the luxury sector.
2. Analytical and strategic mindset with proficiency in Excel.
3. Knowledge of luxury markets and customer experience requirements.
4. Experience in client retention and high-stakes event engagement.
5. Ability to foster strong relationships with stakeholders within the region and central teams.
6. Solution-oriented with a knack for finding new approaches and solutions.
7. Fluency in English is mandatory.
