- Lead the go-to-market strategy for seasonal and key commercial launches, optimizing the online catalogue and e-visual merchandising to align with European business objectives.
- Develop and implement action plans to meet business targets by category, focusing on stock availability, e-visual merchandising, marketing, and search optimization.
- Collaborate with local e-commerce managers to adjust product selection and animation plans according to local market specificities and best practices.
- Monitor product KPIs daily, weekly, and monthly, generating periodic and ad hoc reports.
- Lead seasonal buying sessions in partnership with the Merchandising team to define Europe e-commerce selection and target quantities.
- Communicate Europe-specific insights and best practices to the Central team, conducting competitive analysis to stay informed on industry trends.
- Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in merchandising or e-merchandising, preferably within the luxury fashion industry.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and derive actionable insights.
- Good product sensitivity and understanding of luxury fashion nuances.
- Proficiency in advanced Excel and PowerPoint.
- Familiarity with e-commerce and digital analytics tools such as Google Analytics.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
Minimum 3 years of experience in merchandising or e-merchandising, preferably within the luxury fashion industry.
