1. Provide daily support to the Director of Engagement and CSR, including agenda management and meeting coordination.
2. Create and manage presentations and reports.
3. Oversee and coordinate the budget for the Engagement and CSR department.
4. Facilitate communication between Internal Communication, CSR, and Employer Branding teams.
5. Assist in organizing internal and external events, ensuring operational and logistical support.
6. Support strategic project management across departments.
7. Draft content to promote Dior's projects and teams.
8. Conduct research and benchmarking in internal communication and employer branding.
9. Participate in the management of the international employee engagement platform.
10. Contribute to the implementation and monitoring of philanthropic and partnership projects.

1. Currently pursuing a Master's degree in Communication, CSR, or Luxury Management from a reputable institution.
2. Previous experience in internal communication or CSR.

1. Excellent writing and synthesis skills.
2. Bilingual proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
4. Strong interest in engagement and inclusion issues.
5. Familiarity with monitoring, mapping, and benchmarking tools.

Entry-level position suitable for students with initial experience in communication or CSR.

Pursuing a Master's degree (Bac +4/5) in a relevant field.
