1. Assist the Director of Engagement and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) with daily tasks, including agenda management and meeting preparation.
2. Create presentations and reports to support the department's initiatives.
3. Monitor and manage the department's budget, coordinating with various teams and maintaining financial records.
4. Facilitate coordination between Internal Communication, CSR, and Employer Branding teams.
5. Support the organization of internal and external events, managing logistics and team coordination.
6. Contribute to strategic project management across departments.
7. Draft content to highlight the projects and teams within Christian Dior.
8. Conduct research and benchmarking in internal communication and employer branding.
9. Aid in the preparation of internal events, including speeches and live sessions.
10. Participate in managing the global employee engagement platform, overseeing partner associations and content.
11. Assist in implementing and monitoring philanthropic and partnership projects, including administrative and budgetary tracking.
12. Conduct in-depth research and benchmarking on CSR topics.

1. Currently pursuing a Master's degree (Bac +4/5) in a relevant field such as Communications, CSR, or Luxury Management.
2. Previous experience in internal communication and/or CSR is preferred.
3. Excellent writing skills and ability to synthesize information.
4. Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
6. Strong interest in engagement and inclusion issues.

Entry-level experience in internal communication or CSR is preferred.
