Christian Dior EMEA Operations Intern

- Collaborate with the Operations Manager to support the retail network across the EMEA region, ensuring operational excellence and exceptional client experiences.
- Coordinate monthly internal controlling processes, ensuring compliance with internal policies and procedures, and prepare executive summaries for local management.
- Conduct store visits using a preset checklist, align with retail teams on findings, prepare detailed reports, and follow up on action plans.
- Prepare monthly reports and conduct investigations and analyses on sales, cash, stock management, KPIs, and IT.
- Assist in training EMEA Operations Manager on policies and processes.
- Participate in the preparation, setup, and execution of retail projects, including Payments, Approval App, Uniform, Better Work Together, and D Retail Book.
- Support all zones on POS system updates related to stock and till transactions.
- Manage EMEA planning for retail project development with the EMEA Operations Manager.
- Coordinate annual inventories in stores and warehouses, report findings to local management, and participate in inventory activities.
- Support EMEA Operations Teams in daily operations, monitoring KPIs related to stock movements, adjustments, and sales.
- Participate in organizing the France Family Sale and support till operations on-site twice a year.
- Assist in organizing the EMEA Operations Committee with the EMEA Operations Manager.
- Update various Retail Operations Procedures.
- Higher education (Bac +4/5) in engineering, business, or equivalent.
- Previous 6-month internship in supply chain or merchandising is preferred.
- Proficiency in professional English and fluency in French.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, macros) and PowerPoint.
- Knowledge of Business Intelligence solutions such as Power BI is advantageous.
- Strong analytical skills and results-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work autonomously and raise alerts proactively.
- Excellent organizational and prioritization skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills in both French and English.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with warehouses and retail teams.
- Logical, results-oriented, and conscientious approach.
Entry-level position, ideally with a previous internship in supply chain or merchandising.
Higher education (Bac +4/5) in engineering, business, or equivalent.
