Christian Dior Email Marketing Manager

- Manage and optimize the Americas Christian Dior Couture Newsletter programs, including eNewsletters, email capture, and automations.
- Act as project manager, ensuring timely deployment and maintaining the shared planning calendar.
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration with local eMerch teams and advocate local needs to HQ counterparts.
- Track and report on key metrics to measure the effectiveness of email campaigns, identifying gaps in segmentation strategy.
- Share and implement best practices, communicate learnings to stakeholders, and propose optimizations and A/B testing opportunities.
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in eCommerce and/or loyalty CRM Marketing roles.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical reasoning skills, familiarity with A/B testing and optimization techniques.
- Proficiency in platforms such as Google Analytics and Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
- Thorough knowledge of Microsoft Office programs (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
A minimum of 5 years of professional experience within eCommerce and/or loyalty CRM Marketing roles is required.
The salary range is $110k – $120k annually, plus bonus eligibility, dependent on relevant skills and experience.
