Christian Dior E-Merchandising Manager

- Develop and implement an innovative 360-degree e-commerce animation strategy in collaboration with Business Units, CRM, Performance Marketing, and Social Media teams.
- Define and coordinate the necessary content to support the animation plan and brief the Digital Content team.
- Manage online homepage animations and theme rotations on Product Listing Pages (PLP).
- Plan newsletters in collaboration with the Clienteling team and oversee product assortment by region.
- Coordinate product packshots with the Photo Studio and organize shoots with Business Units and the Image and Communication teams.
- Continuously optimize product catalog processes to enhance performance.
- Establish e-Visual Merchandising guidelines for each collection launch, aligning with e-commerce strategies and Image directives.
- Enhance e-Merchandising and online customer experience, considering technical constraints such as PLP, cross-sell, and onsite search.
- Coordinate global collection launches and ensure adherence to defined guidelines.
- Propose optimization plans through A/B testing and new merchandising strategies based on KPI analysis.
- Lead functional and technical developments to streamline processes and enhance user experience.
- Orchestrate special launches and projects, such as pre-orders and personalization.
- Coordinate new market openings in terms of product offerings, animations, and flows.
- Bachelor's degree in Business or Engineering (Bac+5)
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in digital and e-commerce
- Strong product sensitivity and passion for digital
- Bilingual in English and French (oral and written)
- Expert proficiency in e-Commerce and e-Merchandising tools
- Advanced Excel and Microsoft Office skills
- Knowledge of PIM and DAM tools is advantageous
- Natural leadership and management skills
- Agility in project management and execution
A minimum of 8 years in digital and e-commerce, with a strong product focus and digital acumen.
Bachelor's degree in Business or Engineering (Bac+5).
