Christian Dior E-Merchandising Manager

- Develop and promote a comprehensive e-commerce animation strategy for the Women's, Home, Jewelry, and Watch categories on the Christian Dior Couture website.
- Coordinate collection launches and ensure the website's quality meets commercial objectives.
- Lead and develop a team of three e-Merchandisers, fostering collaboration with e-Merchandising Analysts, Digital Content, Performance Marketing, Business Units, Image, Web Analytics, Communication, and Technical teams.
- Create an innovative 360-degree e-commerce animation plan in coordination with Business Units, CRM, Performance Marketing, and Social Media teams.
- Define and brief the necessary content to support the animation plan, coordinating homepage animations and thematic rotations on PLPs.
- Plan newsletters in collaboration with the Clienteling team and supervise product assortment by region.
- Coordinate photo shoots and packshots with the Photo Studio, Business Units, and Image and Communication teams.
- Continuously optimize product catalog processes to enhance performance.
- Define e-Visual Merchandising guidelines for each collection launch, optimizing e-Merchandising and online customer experience.
- Coordinate global collection launches and ensure adherence to defined guidelines.
- Propose optimization plans through A/B testing and develop new merchandising strategies based on KPI analysis.
- Lead functional and technical developments to streamline processes and enhance user experience.
- Orchestrate special launches and projects, such as pre-orders and personalization.
- Coordinate the opening of new markets in terms of product offerings, animation, and flow.
- Bachelor's degree in Business or Engineering (Bac+5 equivalent).
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in Digital and e-commerce.
- Fluency in both English and French, written and spoken.
- Expert proficiency in e-Commerce and e-Merchandising tools.
- Advanced knowledge of Excel and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Familiarity with PIM and DAM tools is advantageous.
- Strong leadership and project management skills.
- Ability to adapt in a rapidly changing environment.
A minimum of 8 years in digital and e-commerce, with a strong product sensitivity and digital acumen.
Bachelor's degree in Business or Engineering (Bac+5 equivalent).
