Christian Dior E-Merchandising Manager

- Oversee daily site merchandising updates in alignment with inventory, marketing calendar, and merchandising guidelines.
- Analyze product performance to optimize assortment based on sales, inventory, and demand across all channels.
- Maintain Dior.com animation planning, ensuring consistent customer experience and timely communication of marketing calendar changes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate product information, working with retail, product merchandisers, and marketing teams.
- Manage online product assortment, coordinating with Supply Chain, Warehouse, Merchants, and HQ for accuracy.
- Monitor and resolve site bugs related to product and content in real-time with IT teams.
- Propose navigation and filter changes based on business needs.
- Collaborate with Client Services and DC Operations to ensure exceptional customer experience and accurate product catalog.
- Represent E-Commerce during collection showrooms, collaborating on buys with the Merchandising team and reviewing Open-to-Buy with Central teams.
- Conduct weekly and monthly E-Commerce Business Reviews, providing actionable insights.
- Monitor Dior.com business to achieve fiscal sales goals, implementing initiatives as needed.
- Create action plans to drive business from a product perspective and provide strategic recommendations.
- Present executive presentations quarterly, offering business recommendations based on performance and action plans.
- Analyze seasonal sell-thru reports to inform stakeholders and drive success.
- Provide seasonal buying recaps for merchants to adjust and maximize performance.
- Partner with omnichannel team to review stock sourcing and recommend optimizations.
- Communicate product focuses for newsletters and media campaigns, collaborating with Performance Marketing, CRM, PR, and Media teams.
- Create weekly newsletter mocks and proposals, monitoring competitive landscape for fresh layouts.
- Review targeting needs with Performance Marketing, CRM, and Media teams for cohesive product reach.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in E-Commerce or fashion merchandising/analyst roles.
- Proven ability to analyze large data sets and communicate insights effectively.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented with proactive communication skills.
- Fluent in English; proficiency in French is a plus.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Experience with PowerBI, Contentsquare, and Coremedia is advantageous.
- Strong entrepreneurial approach and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to collaborate effectively in a matrixed team environment.
Minimum 5 years of experience in E-Commerce or related fashion merchandising roles.
Annual salary range of $100,000 - $115,000, plus bonus eligibility.
