- Manage daily site merchandising updates based on inventory, marketing calendar, and merchandising guidelines.
- Analyze product performance to optimize assortment across all channels.
- Maintain Dior.com animation planning and communicate marketing calendar updates.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate product information.
- Manage online product assortment in collaboration with Supply Chain, Warehouse, and HQ.
- Monitor and resolve site bugs related to product and content.
- Propose changes to navigation and filters based on business needs.
- Collaborate with Client Services and DC Operations for exceptional customer experience.
- Represent E-Commerce during collection showrooms and collaborate on the buy.
- Conduct weekly and monthly E-Commerce Business Reviews with actionable insights.
- Monitor Dior.com business to achieve sales goals and implement initiatives.
- Create action plans to drive Dior.com business and provide strategic recommendations.
- Present executive presentations with business recommendations.
- Analyze sell-thru reports to inform stakeholders of opportunities.
- Provide seasonal buying recaps to maximize performance.
- Partner with omnichannel team for stock sourcing and optimization.
- Communicate product focuses for newsletters and media campaigns.
- Create weekly newsletter mocks and monitor competitive landscape.
- Review targeting needs with marketing and media teams.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in E-Commerce or fashion merchandising/analyst roles.
- Proven ability to analyze data and communicate insights effectively.
- Strong communication skills and entrepreneurial approach.
- Ability to function in a fast-paced, matrixed team environment.
- Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple projects.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented with strong follow-through.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Fluency in English; French proficiency is a plus.

Minimum 5 years of experience in E-Commerce or fashion merchandising/analyst roles.
Salary range of $100k - $115k annually, plus bonus eligibility.
