Christian Dior E-Merchandising Analysis Manager

- Analyze and manage key e-merchandising performance indicators to ensure alignment with strategic and commercial objectives, including sell-through rates, longtail, subscribers, return rates, and stock levels.
- Conduct weekly performance analyses and propose action plans to optimize results.
- Oversee the preparation of weekly reports by junior staff.
- Prepare and present monthly business unit reports focused on product categories and identify strategic actions.
- Coordinate weekly discussions with regional e-merchandisers to optimize zone-specific e-merchandising strategies.
- Collaborate with the testing and analysis team to evaluate weekly site metrics and determine actions to enhance outcomes.
- Conduct ad hoc analyses and competitive analysis.
- Participate in presentations of new collections, providing insights into past performance and strategic recommendations.
- Collaborate with the e-Business Analyst to establish open-to-buy (OTB) and sales forecasts by zone and category.
- Define e-commerce purchasing strategy for upcoming collections and present final e-commerce assortments to various teams.
- Supervise the creation and maintenance of collection tracking files.
- Train and manage a junior staff member and an intern.
- Master's degree or equivalent (Bac+5)
- Minimum of 5 years in a highly analytical role
- Proficiency in advanced Excel functions such as XLOOKUP, SUMIFS, Pivot Tables, INDEX/MATCH, and COUNTIFS
- Expertise in PowerPoint for presenting analyses
- Familiarity with tools like Anaplan, Power BI, or Query is advantageous
- Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken
Minimum of 5 years in a role with a strong analytical focus, preferably within the fashion industry.
Master's degree or equivalent (Bac+5)
