1. Coordinate and oversee e-commerce operations from order validation to customer receipt, ensuring seamless execution and addressing any issues that may impact customer satisfaction.
2. Maintain daily communication with central Dior teams (Supply Chain, Customer Service, Digital, Boutiques, IT) and e-commerce warehouse operations teams.
3. Ensure accurate stock management and order processing by reconciling information between Dior's IT systems and the e-commerce warehouse systems.
4. Implement necessary adjustments in case of discrepancies and ensure regular and accurate inventory checks.
5. Collaborate with the call center to provide necessary solutions and responses to customer inquiries.
6. Monitor performance indicators, processing times, and preparation quality, proposing continuous improvement solutions based on operational challenges.

1. Final year student in an engineering school with a Bac +5 level education.
2. Interest in operational challenges and problem-solving.

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
2. Basic knowledge of systems such as WMS, POS, and ERP is advantageous.
3. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
4. Excellent interpersonal and customer service orientation.
5. Proficiency in English.

No prior experience required, suitable for beginners.

Final year student in an engineering school, Bac +5 level.
